This profi-training space is grounded in Release Technique and Floor Work, designed for dancers to explore, listen, and exchange within a collaborative environment.

For this specific block, we focus on the gaze as a primary axis of communication and a motor for movement. Inspired by the concept of "the gaze that touches and listens,” we will investigate how visual focus initiates action, shapes intention, and connects the body to the space.
